Full-length raised false floor design with no centre divider, providing uninterrupted access along the entire length of the van. This allows easy loading of full plasterboard sheets and long materials, with support for sheets up to 1325mm wide and 200mm in height.

The raised floor is designed specifically for maximum usable space, making it ideal for plasterboard, insulation, plywood, timber, and other long or bulky materials.

Materials & Build Quality

The false floor is manufactured from premium 12mm double-sided birch plywood, precisely shaped to match the contours of the Ford Custom 2023+. The plywood is highly durable and designed to withstand the demands of daily professional use.

Installation

Quick and easy installation using a mortise and tenon joint system, with an estimated fitting time of around 20 minutes.

⚠️ Please note: This kit is designed for vans without ply lining. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming may be required for a perfect fit.
